Hi everyone!Is there a way to transfer money from a subaccount (X) to another one (Y) directly from the RestAPI?Is hedging allowed in the API? Thank you.

Thank you.No money transfers with the rest API, though it would be an incredibly handy and important feature. As for hedging, the only way is to use a sub account.

scratch3As for hedging, the only way is to use a sub account. If you need to hedge on the same account, then depending on your location, you may be able to use OANDA MT4 Hedging Compatibility, which was recently introduced. Check out the announcement in the OANDA MetaTrader 4 forum. This only works if you’re connecting to OANDA with MT4, however, not the REST API. (MT4 has its own programming language for writing automated trading strategies.) – Robert.

Thanks for your replies, guys.About the MT4 new hedging capabilities, I’m sure I’ve read that it doesn’t really work as hedging. It is more likely a “visual effect” that let you see both the positions being displayed but in reality just one position would be opened.
